I will be leading a scenic cruise to Tellico Plains, TN via Rt. 28 W, Rt. 129 S and Cherohala Skyway on the afternoon of Saturday, April 16. This will be a scenic drive at a very relaxed pace.

Those who want to join should meet me at the Dam right after lunch in order to leave as close to 12:00 PM as possible. We will drive Rt. 28 West towards the Dragon, Rt. 129 South towards Robbinsville and NC 143 / TN 165 to Tellico Plains.

It's only 20 minutes north of Tellico Plains and the tour lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes.

On the way back, we can reverse the route or drive north to hit the Dragon from TN back to Fontana. We should be back by 6:30 PM.
