front sway bar with OEM sized wheels/tires
is it right to put stiffer front sway bar with OEM sized wheels/tires?
due to local legislation i can't use other than OEM sizes
my use of the car is mostly spirited driving and some auto-x.
i don't like bodyroll and like fast turn in.
with my Monoflex i can stiffen up and make weight transfer faster and turn in sharper - but i need to keep them on 80% soft due to not very good roads in order to avoid launching to the air on road brakes/dips.
so i was thinking maybe soft settings for coilovers to make road driving good but front sway bar to reduce body roll and - hopefully - have fast/sharp turn in.
what do you think?
maybe if i go swaybars route i need to upgrade them both in order to keep neutral handling?

I upgraded both with Eibachs on my stock wheels and the balance feels good. The Eibach front bar is a less stiff than the Saner, though, assuming all claimed figures are accurate. So upgrading just the front with a Saner is a recipe for major understeer on stock wheels. It will probably be faster than stock overall, but at the limit it will be understeer rather than neutrality.
As mentioned getting just a front sway bar will seriously increase the understeer on your '07 AP2, assuming EDM cars have the same suspension set up as the North American market cars the '06-'07 already have some serious understeer.
If you are going to stay with stock tire sizes and go with a stiffer bar there are several choices you have to rebalance the car.
You can get a stiffer rear bar like you are doing by getting the Eibachs front and rear. (I'm frugal and am getting a Saner bar and an '00-'01 AP1 rear bar)
You could get stiffer rear springs. This is what the Mugen set up uses, the large front sway bar is offset by having the rear springs twice as stiff as the front springs.
Or any combination of the above. For ride quality keeping using larger sway bars front and rear is probably best as you only get the extra stiffness while turning.
