HELP! What is this Plug?

HELP! What is this Plug?
It has 3 wires, black, black w/yellow stripe, green w/red stripe
It is on the passenger side on the harness from the fuse box to the headlights, esp, steering....
Its the only plug I haven't extended because I haven't remembered where it goes
