I'm on the hunt

Apparently the Seibon ones are heavier and dodgy fit sometimes so will give them a miss.

What about the VIS brand? anyone know how they compare?

The J's/Top Secret/Buddy Club/Mugen all seem to go for over a grand.

Is there a sensible middle ground?

thanks
Rich

IIRC Buddy Club used to do a proper[1] CF bonnet for reasonable money.

Just over £700 from a few locations

[1] None of your GRP/CF coated rubbish!

That looks promising

Thanks, might have to give that a go if I don't spot any other good deals

IMO the short answer is no

I've seen one in person, and I would say that the fit was questionable--panel gaps were too large IMO

Have you ever had one?

I had one a while back, as did TheBoyWonder and MarcR.

The fitting on all 3 was pretty poor.

Whilst I've never owned a Seibon bonnet, I have seen a few in real life and the fit on all of them was really sh1te, to put it blunty.

Seeing as you wont really win much in weight anyway you could consider wrapping yours in cf vinyl.

You get the same cf look and the fitment is perfect
