Default What is the front side strake called?

Not sure if it's considered a side strake but I'm referring to the one that is right behind the front wheels. What are they called and where can I buy them?

This car has them.

To be honest I'm not a fan of that particular design, I would prefer a simgle triangular shaped one which just mounts over the edge at and doesn't recede too far back or high. Is there an OEM one for the front?
