Update: I tried to get our condo's party room with the pool table but it was already booked (months) ago. After considering a few other options, we'll still do this in my building. There's a lounge area on the first floor we can use, it just won't be a closed/private event. If there's interest, we can take the after party to a bar on King Street. We had a lot of fun when we did this last time after my BBQ.
