Default LBP S2000 spotted in Chesapeake, Va

ok so cruising around last night in my brothers civic i spotted a clean s2000. so chased him down to get a close up.. and what i discovered, this guy had a baby in the passanger seat..

so what im getting to is who is this mysterious s2000 owner.. facts about the S:
Ap1
Color-Laguna Blue Pearl
Oem Hard Top
Possibly CE28 wheels
Single exit oem style exhaust
Ap2 headlights
Ap2 Front Bumper
Ap2 OEM Lip
and I believe if i remember right had no spoiler.
Lowered with a nice stance
Illinois Plates
in chesapeake, Va off Lynnhaven exit.

BTW gave me the looks with kind of a chuckle like his s2000 was way to good for the civic si.. FYI my brothers 09 sedan si will eat up an s2000 with bolt ons LOL. while hauling his kids around. but he has an odyssey for that.

What im trying to say is, if you have kids take the responsibility to get the right car for that. an s2000 getting hit by a large vehicle is a death trap for an infant. me on the other hand ill keep my boosted s2000 and no kids haha

Actually, the S2000 has amazing crash safety, particularly for a car its size. Passenger side airbags are turn offable.

So what you're saying is:

1) You should have posted here https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/forum/47-...-s2000-owners/

2) Your brothers NEED for a civic and odyssey only are obvious: He has two kids, the S has one extra seat. He couldn't move his kids around in it if he wanted to, so it's a null point.

3) Save the "my brothers civic will eat your s2000" for somewhere else. Preferably off a cliff.

4) You guys had made such an obvious attempt to catch up to him, that any driver would assume you wanted to play; maybe he chuckled because he wasn't going to play with you with a kid in the car? That's why I would have been laughing at you...

5) Who the **** are you to try and tell people what cars they should drive? And what they can do with them, and with whom?

It is an AP2. He's got an 06, that has the airbag weight sensor. Also, how it is not any safer than a civic? Or any sub-compact?

If you want to talk about him, you should post this in the right section.

Hey OP, get the f@#k out, seriously.

First off, car is an 06 AP2.

Second, car has an airbag cutoff. Do I drive him around like this all the time? Nope. It was his first time riding shotgun last night, and it was actually a lot of fun. My wife was at work with our CRV. And driving my son around the town seemed to be the only thing to quiet him down. Possibly another growth spurt.

Third, we were in VIRGINIA BEACH, bud. And I do remember seeing some riced out civic, but I didn't pay it much attention. And a chuckle? No, sorry, I don't think so. Like I said, I was minding my own business. I'm 28, with a wife, a son, a house, dogs, a mortgage... I've got bigger and better things to worry about than some Civic.

Listen, fact is you had your kid up front in your S2000. not only is it illegal its just wrong. and to all the civic haters you obvisouly dont know much about Hondas. the new fa5 civic is an amazing car.. and riced out by no means Lowered on skunk 2, solid mounts, ingalls stiffy, header back exhaust, hondata flash pro. made 215hp. and beats s2000s with bolts ons or stock.

not saying anything bad about the s2000, i own one.. and have alot of money in it. also civic is much safer then an s2000. only won the best crash ratings from like 06-08.

Illegal? I think you're missing the whole point of the passenger airbag shutoff. One of the main reasons why children are not allowed in the front seat of a vehicle, unless it has said airbag shutoff.

And just wrong? How about you go f@#k off and I'll raise my son. Mind your own business, kid.

And stop talking about this Civic. No one cares, seriously. And I don't street race my car. Those days ended 10 years ago.
