We have a complete soft top with motors and frame from our 05 with 64k. soft top went up and down smoothly before we removed it to save weight on our race car. There are 2 small tears, one on each side in the usual spots which can be easily patched. It does have the rear glass window - with this complete assembly, you can retrofit your plastic window S2000 to glass. $900.00.
