SoCal: 07 GPW with 19,xxx miles.

Details about the Car:
2007 GPW with red and black interior. Car has just over 19,2xx miles and I drive occasionally. Picked up the car 6 years ago with 7,900 miles, I am the 2nd owner. Car is usually in a car port with a car cover over it (Weather Shield HP bought about 6 months ago, will come with sale). Washed almost every time I take it out. Car is located in Los Angeles, I use to live in Massachusetts and still have MASS plates on it. Car just went through the Ballade inspection with Valve adjustment. Alex said car is perfect!
Exterior:
OEM Front lip (has a spider crack due to parking lot exit)
OEM Rear Spoiler
No rips but faded (Got it like that)
DownForce Carbon Fiber Front splitter lip (cracked due to parking lot exit)
DownForce Carbon Side Diffusers
JDP Rear Carbon Diffuser
Blue Convex mirrors
Driver fender replaced with OEM after someone backed into it.
A couple rock chips from normal driving in the front but nothing big (front bumper also has scratches due to plate that use to be in front)
All other panels have original VIN marks
Wheels:
17x9 +45 square Black Advan RS2 with 245/40/17 Potenza RE-71R (These are awesome sticky tires) 2000 miles
Car was lowered via West End Alignment as well as corner balanced. I had it done so no Fenders were rolled or pulled so car sits higher than those with rolled fenders.
Original AP2V2 wheels come along with sale 1 has a very small curb mark but not big
Brakes:
Centric Plain 120 Cryo Treated rotors (front and rear) with Hawk high performance street/race pads (HB361R.622)- 2000 miles
Challenge stainless steel brake lines
Motul 600 brake fluid

Cons of car:
not the OE driver fender but OEM fender
Front bumper has some rock chips and plate area has scratches due to the plate.
rear bumper has a small scratch (used some touch up paint on it)
2 door dings

under 20K miles (might go over if it doesn't sell soon)
Nothing wrong with the car at all, just serviced by Alex at Ballade
Major fluid changes done
No service worries (Receipt of current service from Ballade with Compression check and total inspection)
Obviously only serious buyers who have cash in hand. No parting out, if no one buys as is I will keep it. Comes with 1 key and FOB and 1 Valet key and owners manual. Everything works like new on the car.
