Not overly fond of full carbon fiber panels. Painted with exposed accents looks good. The exposed vents will tie into the side of ht and splitter.

I'd go for #1

I miss my J's exposed days, so maybe see if The Sign Savers in Kendall can just wrap the hood how you want (sure they can color match) so if you ever have second thoughts it'll be an easy fix, just peel it off.

In the minority here for sure but #2 for me

Wrap is a great idea though either way

Never thought about wrap, I am going back to my paint guy to do a couple of touch ups and was going to see if maybe I should just paint the hood

do or do not. there is no try. - Yoda says JUST PAINT IT! lol

My first S was Silverstone with unpainted CF hood and trunk with black OEM HT. I loved that look and the car looked plenty dark on top so it kinda flowed for me. After a while I wanted a more (for lack of a better term) "grown up" sorta look. So I sold and got me a GPW. As much as I love GPW, I look back at my first car and miss it sometimes. So maybe a wrap might be a good idea if you are very unsure of what to do. I know what it's like to be torn on what to do.

I wouldn't mind having a second S to look like my old one and that will be my track car and my OEM as f@#k GPW will be my street car. Maybe one day ....
