brken wheel locks and black stock wheels .... i feel sick right now my exhaust is shot and who knows whatelse

Ouch, I had my wheels stolen on my civic back in the days, one of the worst feelings ever. Mine didn't look as bad as yours though.

Wheel locks are easy to get around. Having wheel locks just deters the local neighborhood hooligan from stealing your wheels. But anyone with some knowledge and proper tools can get a wheel lock off pretty easily.
