EURO MEET PROGRAM
11-12-13 APRIL 2009



Participants will arrive at the following hotels on the evening of Friday the 10th:

The five chosen hotels are all next to each other allowing participants from the various clubs to be close to one another. This also allows us to better organise proceeding.
All hotels are situated in a tranquil area next to Lake Levico, private parking will be provided for everyone.

215 cars and around 430 participants are anticipated from 13 European countries, all cars will be Honda S2000s manufactured between 1999 and 2009.

The three evening dinners including Sunday's Gala Dinner will be held in the Palalevico which is located close to all the hotels http://www.palalevico.it/

Friday night's dinner is scheduled to start at 21:00 due to the staggered arrival of participants.

Saturday 11th April 2009 - Itinerary


Breakfast in the hotels to be finished by 08:45

Departure of 1st car from Levico Terme 09:00

Arrival Folgaria 10:00
Arrival Vason /Viote - car park 11:10 Last car 12:40


Break/Lunch until 13:45

Departure of 1st car from Viote 13:45
Arrival Trento 15:15

Entry to the City of Trento/ Parking at 15:30 in Piazzale S. Severino
Visit of city centre and shops

Departure from Piazzale S. Severino/Car park at 18:30, last car to leave before 19:30

Return to Levico hotels
Dinner in the Palalevico at 21:00

22:30 (approximately): Charity auction where various pieces from the world of motoring, in particular those relating to the S2000, will be up for grabs.
