Default 2010 Club Planning Meeting

Please consider joining us for the 2010 club planning meeting. We are looking for some energetic and dedicated people that want to help see this club grow and succeed. Meeting details follow:

When: Saturday, Jan. 30th @ 11:15AM (Following Cars & Coffee)
Where: The Grand Buffet @ the SE corner of MacArthur & Highway 635

Some of the events have but many of them are subject to change.

I need someone to fill a Chief of Registration position for the autocross events. We plan to disuss this at the meeting. Please let me know if you are interested.

Chief of Registration:

This person will be committed to ensuring that each driver has checked in, their registration information is correct, recording and relaying any registration changes, designating driver work assignments, and checking in workers. In the case where they cannot attend an event, then they must select a person to fill in for them. This would be considered a work assignment for the event, but in a case of low attendance, they could potentially be required to fill in during an event. They would need to arrive in time (about 7:30 AM) to begin checking in drivers at 8:00 AM. Before each heat, they will need to ensure that each driver has checked in for their work assignment. Functions include:

- Preparing for driver check-in.
- Checking in drivers (registered attendees) during the allotted time.
- Performing and relaying registration changes.
- Designating work assignments.
- Checking in workers prior to each heat.
- Other tasks, as needed.

From what I understand, C&C has been postponed to a new date. We can just meet at the restaurant.

I am still up for meeting at The Grand. If it is cold, I may not make Cars & Coffee. They will be moving to the first Saturday of the month starting in March.
