Finally got a Laguna Blue S2000!
I just wanted share my excitement in being a new S2000 owner!
I had been actively looking for the past 6 months and was very specific in my search. I wanted a Laguna Blue S2000 with good mileage and decent price. I say "decent" because I know that the prices for these cars, especially AP2's, are going up and I knew I had to get one quickly. I live in Nor Cal and a few of them came and went in the past couple months and even though I drove a few, none of them felt right to me. I looked at a couple 2006's and 2007's, but deep down, I really wanted a 2008 model. But I knew it would be a slim chance.
Upon searching Cargurus one day, I found a new listing in So Cal and e-mailed the dealer right away. It turned out the car had a clean title, but a handful of owners and was a Texas car. In fact, they bought it from an auction in Texas and were shipping it over. I put a deposit down immediately and the next week I boarded a plane to Long Beach, they picked me up and we went back to dealership to finish the deal, then I drove it back up the next day. Considering all the LBP S2000's currently on the market, this was best one I could find.
Anyway, here is my 2008 S2000, it has 50,200 miles on it and it's solid as a rock.
