I looked at all the prices on the parts on Bulletproof and it really does look like it will add up to $30k, maybe more or less. But still that is a lot of cash. I could get another S (used) for the money I would spend on all those mods, lol!
Then I looked at some J's stuff and the 70RR cost just as much as the Amuse header!!! Why isn't Amuse more competitive with J's on the prices!? What makes the 1000R $500+ more than J's 70RR if they are pretty much the same thing!? I know the 1000R is 9lbs (maybe that's why the high price), what about the 70RR?
I'll be deciding between the Amuse and J's for the next few months since I'll be saving $$$ for i/h/e/ecu as my first mods. Can somebody tell me differences between the Amuse i/h/e/ecu setup vs J's i/h/e/ecu setup? Just tell me the difference in power gains since that is what matters most to me.
Thanks in advance.

J's and Amuse both don't keep in stock items like R1000 or 70RR, each are hand made when a order is received and the wait time for mfg is roughly 1 month. So due to this process, they have to charge more than typical mfg such as hks or greddy who has big contractors to make mass production. This is same as mugen on certain items like HT. Since it can not be mass produced, they have to make the market to buy higher so they won't get as much demand where they can not full-fill.
