I'm never particularly up to date on current affairs, things tend to pass me by and I catch up later, so I never find out about celebrity deaths in time to join the clamour to be the first person to start a 'dead celeb RIP' thread and make myself look deep and cultured.

With this in mind, I've created a place where similarly 'behind the curve' folks can celebrate those public figures yet to leave us. Maybe it's someone who's knocking on a bit and you don't want to miss the opportunity to show how much you know about them, or maybe they're new to public life and you want to show how on the pulse your finger is, or maybe it's just some vacuous toss bag you are really hoping cops it soon, naturally or otherwise (Will Young for instance), or someone everyone else clucks about but you couldn't give a flying crap about (like the Queen).

Whatever, if you want to recognise the achievements (or non-achievements) of someone who may or may not be about to die, crack on just here:......

I was going to start a thread for anyone one who fits any 2 of the following criteria:

• Finished with puberty
• Has real life friends
• Can handle more than ½ a shandy
• Can write a complete sentence without resorting to a spell checker
• Has actually experienced sex (with a woman)

But then, I realised, even one of the above would be a challenge for you.
