Looking for upcoming NE meets

I mostly hang out in Upstate, but for you folks in western Mass:
On Friday, April 8th, a few of us (I think at least three plan to sign up) will be doing a track day at Lime Rock Park with NASA-NE. Lime Rock is maybe 30 or 40 minutes south of Great Barrington, maybe 2 hours from Springfield.
On the assumption that you wouldn't want to do a track day, you might consider that during the lunch hour they have what is called a Hyperdrive for $50.00. Gets you on track for at least 20 minutes in a supervised lead follow scenario. Might be worth a shot registering and coming down.
Another option for that day is to sign up for the skid pad and learn a little about car control.
Anyway, between runs, we'll be in the paddock. To get into the track, you only need to sign a waiver of liability. If you like cars, just coming to the track can be fun.

The forum used to be quite active, not so much these days. Not even sure this forum has a CO, check out the "stale" posts in the sticky sections.
Right about now my advice would be to anyone wanting a meet, plan one. Hopefully a few folks will show up and things will pick up from there.

Originally for Porsche marques but as of late also Ferrari, Lotus, and several other makes including 6 or 8 S2000's last time I went. Cars & Coffee in Taunton Ma. right across from Starbucks. I believe it's held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month starting in April or May.

Bumping for Friday April 8th. Three of us from Upstate will be at Lime Rock. Novice is sold out, but if you've never been on track, the Hyperdrive for $50 during the lunch hour might be a bit of a kick. If not, just come out for the drive and say hello. Sign a waiver and you should get in for free.
