Plus you get in shape. The only thing that gets lighter after a track/auto-x are my pockets.

I feel good after a ride. The next day is a little tiresome, but knowing that you will be stronger on the next ride is definitely worth it all.

I'm definitely down for some riding. This weekend is shot, but maybe we could all do a ride the weekend after this. If people are interested in hitting up some of the roads by my house i have a 50 mile route that has about 5k feet of climbing. If distance is an issue we could move further towards the city.

Looks to me like that Lance is being a team player in assisting Contador on the hills.
He's definitely holding it up there with the best of them... he is just one beastly machine.

I think he had nothing for contador today... Dude took his ball and left.
I think you're underestimating Mr. Armstrong. He was pretty much leading the peleton the whole way with his teammates and he matched all attacks other than Contador's cause you should never respond to an attack by a teammate.
The team seems to be pretty split up right now cause of that move cause the team manager didn't approve of it.
We'll see what happens.
I'm going to see if I can setup a ride of all of us next weekend... cool?... just giving a very early heads up.
