Ok, so will the OEM nuts thread onto the ARP studs? Is there a kit or do I just need to get individual parts? Redboost, OEM studs is what I was told should be replaced. I just figured Id get a kit that had nuts as well so I didnt have to make a trip to the local stealership.
yeah, sorry, read my next post. i would definitely replace the studs, but use the oem nut.

the website posted above makes it nice because thats just for the stud so you dont have to waste money on the nut/washer that comes in the whole kit.

Im going to hopefully order a set off that site when I get off work tonight. If I use those studs and new OEM nuts, I dont need to run a washer right? So, the size that I should get is the M8 X 1.25 X 38MM OR 1.5" ?? Thanks

After having turbo related crap back out on me, I really recommend using Nord-Lock washers. For the extra $20-30 it's worth the piece of mind IMO.

^^ Actually, I just got through putting the order in a few minutes ago and bought a box of the Nord-Lock washers as well

How tight do I need to tighten the studs? Ive got the 23lbf-ft for the nuts, but I havent found anything on the studs.

My research brought me here. Further reading brought me here, NORDLOC LOCK : DMP Fasteners, Performance Parts Race Supply Shop

So would I want the (5/16 8mm washers) washer to fit a Mani and stock exhaust studs

Yes, the 5/16 works on the m8 studs/bolts.

Mcmaster.com has the nord lock washers too. Looks like a box of 20 pair (5/16, m8) runs around $11-12.
