Default J's racing exhaust decision making

Which one of the above dual exhausts should I go with? My gut is telling me to get 70RS but I am worried the drone is killing me. I have 63.5mm Berk HFC if that helps.

Feedback/comments are welcomed!!

Cheers!

neither dual is very quiet (i have a 60rs now). if you go with the 70rs, i recommend getting a matching 70mm hfc.

do you want something quieter? do you want more power?

i used to have a 60rs and i loved it. i would have been interested in the 70rs if they were making them at the time.
60rs= makes good power and is quite
70rr= makes really good power but is ridiculously loud
70rs= I have never heard this exhaust in person but i would assume it is kinda the middle ground between the two

There is not much price difference between the two however with 70RS since it's in stock it saves me some waiting time.

So 63.5mm HFC will restrict 70RS you reckon? Still not sure about this as header collector pipe is only 50mm so it's the bottleneck?

How is 60RS guys? How quiet is it? Are you happy with the WOT sound, no rattle, drones, etc i.e. liveable DD?

Thanks for the feedback/comments! Keep 'em coming

the 60 rs is a great dd exhaust. It is really quiet until you hit vtec. practically no drone during cruising. the older versions had a rattle after a while (I do not know if they ever fixed the issue) but the packing in the resonator used to break free and would cause a slight rattle.

There was never really a new version of the 60rs that fixed the resonator rattle that you hear about withtitanium exhausts. The "fx" version from A&J's that was supposed to be an improved 60rs was actually fake according to various posts in this and other Honda forums.

There are two versions of the 60rs. They differ by the length of the muffler. The older version has a longer muffler. The new version was shorted to fit some new japanese law about how far the exhaust stuck out the back of the car. Performance-wise, they're the same.

Hang on, so are you saying they haven't fix the rattling issue even with the new batch?
