There is also a 4.875 and a 5.125 available from J's Racing. Some may think this overboard but people do run 4.77 on AP2s and that would be the same as 4.875 on AP1.

Awesome thread. Thanks for putting it all together. Should be a very helpfull thread for those thinking of getting gears.

I have the 4.77 gears in my AP1 and love them. Really helps out in the "dead" spot for daily driving. Also feels much quicker through the gears. 1st gear, while short feels really fast compared to stock. So does 2nd and 3rd. Highway cruising is at 5k rpms going 80mph. Personally I like that as I now have power whenever I want without downshifting but does cause the MPG's to suffer a little bit.
I just got 260 miles to the tank. Filled about 5 miles after gas light came on so could have made it close to 300 tot he tank even with the 4.77 gears. Almost all highway driving and I go 80 mph so cruising at 4-5k rpm's mostly so does not relly hurt mpg's too much. I'm sure with summer gas would get better mileage as well. Damn winter blend seems to always give much worse mpg's.
Best bang for the buck mod out there for the S.

Alright well makes a big difference if you are trying to find out what gears you have. Nee to know the exact speed at 5k rpm's in 6th or other gear I'm just picking 6th at that rpm cause I know the speed with 4.77's for there.

With 4.77 gears in 6th gear at 5k rpm's I am going 80 mph. Can't remember the speeds in other gears or rpm's or anything though.
