incase you didnt find an answer, yes the inline pro rods are setup to work with the k24 crank without modification and use s2000 pistons as well. im in the process of building an inline pro motor currently so should have some pics up in a few weeks and ill start a thread in the national forum. still unknown what numbers ill be putting out but estimated between 250-300... i know its a big range but alot is being changed the car was 100% stock prior to the motor build so everything is changing. also tuned on e85, good luck with your build

you probably have to bend them out of the way.

Do you know if anybody notched the bottom of the piston skirt instead? Would that work?
Cheers

why in the hell would you do that? notch a set of $700 pistons or bend a 10c oil squirter...

Inline pro modifies the oil squirters so they do not contact the piston skirt. i will also upgrade to the new style piston squirter while the motor is apart.

I've been searching and other piston manufacturers (Wiseco, Arias, etc) offer piston notching on popular stroker combo, I'm sure it could be done by any competent machine shop, as long as the pistons set is balance matched, I agree that the squirter bending works but I don't know what may happen with vibration on the nozzle brazing once it has been bent.

Be nice to know what kind of modification they do, shim? different squirter? How much clearance do we need for the 99mm stroker crank?

id say you need at least 0.030 to 0.050 clearance between the squirters and the piston.

we have been bending oil squirters out of the way for a LONG time.. the s2000 squirters are the same design honda has been using for years.

I personally think they are helpful for long term reliability, a solution that would keep them would be ideal
