I'm working on getting all the needed parts together and plan to install it the 2nd week of April. The runner portion of my K-series ultra race and the CNC Speedshop F-to-K adapter are supposedly getting ported/polished by 4 piston this week (they've had it for 2 weeks already, they've been busy with other more profitable work I'm sure). I'll post up some pictures to this thread once I get it all installed.

I then have a tuning appointment at Evans Tuning the 3rd week of April. I'll definitely report back once I have the results.

But I do agree that the NA people who purchased the native F-series skunk2 ultra race are probably going to be disappointed. The 6.5" runners are too short for NA.

Where'd you post? Also, which IM are you using?

I'm about half-way through upgrading my IM (to Kseries skunk2 ultra race ported by 4piston attached with CNC's FtoK adapter), hit a snag with not being able to get my existing coolant temp sensor out of my old IM's water neck.. hondabond sucks! But I should be able to finish the install tomorrow.

status pics for the hell of it:

It ranges from 87mm at the very top edge of the bellmouth and then tapers from 65mm, to 55mm, then where it mates to the K-series side of the adapter plate it is 53mm. 4piston did a really nice job of eliminating the step (due to the bottom of the ultra race's runners being narrower) where it met the adapter plate. Pretty clear that skunk2 leaves quite a lot of material for porting.
