05 s2k vs new camaro ss
I recently took a road trip down to Daytona from longisland .. Stayed right across from the speedway ... Crazy hearing those cars goin round the track... Well was drivin down near the colleges and ran into a new camaro ss with an older dude drivin I was at the light in 3rd lane and he was 1 car behind me .. I took off and he jumped right behind me as well and tried to get around me... We came up to some nice curves in the road so I let him get a lil closer next to me.. Wen he got close i slammed it and was already in vtech and just powered through the turns and he just could not hold it .. Maybe he couldn't drive his car but he was pissed .... We got to a straight and I slowed down and he blew by me ....felt good cause I had my buddy in the car and he's a mach1 mustang owner ... He was impressed

Racing in curves on the street just show who is willing to push it more and take more of a risk. Still always nice to pull away from a V8. Good thing you didn't do a straight line run though.

The muscle car was taking all the risk trying to keep up with an s in curves. Most people can't or are unwilling to push their muscle car in curves. Takes a bit to get used to. The screaming tires and smoke coming off them takes real trust that tires will hold. Takes a driver willing to burn a 1/4 inch of tread and brake pad.
Fun stuff be safe.
