scs2k vs. my 02 m3
i had a friendly race the other night with a black scs2k on pathfinder in rowland. im pretty sure it was sc'd since it kept up fairly well.
anyway, i was at a stoplight when he pulls up. i look over...and he has a smile on his face as he revs his engine at me. im like, "ok" lets see what he's got. i set my program to s5 and wait as the light turns green. once green lit, i jam on the gas and he does the same...boy did he get a nice jump...probably a 6k launch?? i pass him up very soon afterward and by the time i get to 90 he's maybe 2 car lengths back. i shut it down since my exits coming up and give him a "V" sign as he passes. he flashes me with his hazards in response.
anyone here?

It probably wasn't supercharged. Modded maybe, supercharged? Probably not. I would think that you would have a hard time passing a supercharged S2000 at 90 mph if he outlaunched you. You would be playing catchup with a car that makes similar (if not more) power, and weighs MUCH less.

supercharged...maybe or maybe not. im pretty sure it was since the way it pulled and the way the engine sounded was different from my 01' s2k with mods (i, h, e)
from what i saw, there was no other obvious mods to the s2k i raced except what looked to be comptech exhausts and of course it being sc.

ok, ill take ya'lls experience to mind. if it was sc'd...he probably missed a shift...which is what he most likely did. otherwise as a stock with some mods, not bad....

I have an 02 M Coupe w/ custom mufflers.
Only thing is, I will only race at the track
Let me know when. Must be two weeks in advanced.
I will also attempt to contact Fastlane, since he is friends with my friends at Kolbe Honda. We'll make it a slaughter fest! Beer, chicks, and food
