yust in case if it matters, car burns 1quart of oil every 1500-3000 miles (depends on driving style) using motul 8100 x-cess 5w-40. oil is changed every 4000-5000 miles.

Seems like either the throw out bearing or bearings in the trans. Both of which stop spinning when the clutch is pushed in.

we will pull off the transmission to inspect the clutch and flywheel nex week. If there were bearings in tranny why is it still rattling and knocking after the clutch pedal is pressed in? or maybe they are so bad that it still can be felt :/ . If the bearings are bustet wouldnt it be hard to shift in gear or something?.

Didn't catch that part in your experimenting. The shaft that spins in trans as well as throw out bearing will still spin for a bit and eventually wind down after you put in the clutch, so give it 5-6 sec to makes sure its indeed gone away. Eventually you will start to have trouble shifting, but not usually initially, until it get pretty severe. Maybe something came lose and making contact on flywheel or something though and trans is ok.

transmission down! Throwout bearing is bad, friction disc is bad and pressure plate is bad :/ everything is rattling and the throwout bearing moves alot. There is almost no sound comming from the bearing, there is just a loot of movement and if i spin it i feel tapping and knocking when i hold it. And also rear main oil seal is leaking also. Not enough to make a pool of oil under the car but just enough that its all greasy and black around it

Ordered a complete Geniune Clutch kit from honda now! no more cheap crap! and i hope this fixes the problem.

Wish me luck

Good, yeah a bad throw out bearing will cause some havoc on things if lose enough. Hopefully you will be good now! The main thing is that your trans is ok.

new geniune clutch installed problem is still there, the vibrations are not loud as before and its a little better (throwout bearing was shot). We found that the knocking sound is comming from engine bottom area. Looks like main bearings are the problem. will pull down the oil pan and inspect the Now i hear and feel the knock when i slightly rev the car and it knocks from 1500rpm to 2500rpm, and the sound is also noticable through exhaust but it can be felt more if i put my hand on the oil pan. knock is little louder and more noticable if i dissengage the clutch (push the pedal) and rattling and knocking can be felt on the pedal and little on the shifte. When im driving it transfers the vibration more on the shifter. Its a knocky muffled deep sound.
