That was an episode of The Office.

Just saw a report that a six-year-old boy called 9-1-1 to report that his dad had run a red light. The dispatcher talked to the dad - he wasn't charged.

Just got a phone call from the better half, it seems she just had a conversation with the local law enforcement.
it seems someone forgot to renew the registration on the GL which expired in May.
Fortunately Mass has online registration.
So a quick visit to the website with a credit card and viola, Registered.
Apparently the web page wouldn't work on her cell phone.
Thankfully we didn't get hassled while on our 2400 mile vacation out through new york, ontario, canada or michigan or wisconsin.....

I went to the dealer today for state inspection, emissions and a wash/vacuum. Car looks nice and shiny new. Did not get charged for the inspection or wash. But there was an AP1 Berlina there for service that just looked awful. Really dirty inside and out, torn seats, etc. It was a shame. I guess not all owners have pride in the appearance of these cars.

Kinda like a "rat-rod" S2000?

Dinner tonight was a return to my past: a fresh tomato from the garden, sliced thick, on two pieces of bread covered with Duke's Mayonnaise. There you have it: a "mater" sandwich. Nothing better in the summer. I bet Deb can relate.
