Like good food? Like some really interesting driving that isn't the Dragon? Like to hang out with a bunch of really strange people? Hey! You're one of us. Once again (is this becoming a tradition or what?) we'll form a group (or two) more-or-less and head from Fontana to Franklin for lunch at The Root and Barrel (okay, it was the Bowery but they had to change the name). After lunch, return to Fontana via Wayah Rd. Oh, and did I mention ice cream?

Ken..... I'll probably take a 10 car pack to Franklin also...... looking at adding a few roads along the way, and trying to change up the return route a little bit also.

Depending on the number of participants, we may have two or more groups like we had in the Fall. Might be interesting to do the drive the other way as well.

Please add a 2nd group to the first post. I will lead this group (10 cars MAX!), leaving at 10:15. Pace will be moderate to aggressive (10-20 mph over).

We will be making a little side trip on the way to Franklin, which will add 35-45 minutes to our drive.

Here is our little "detour".... haven't tried the roads, but they look like they could be fun! Route may change slightly before April.

I'm in for this drive, I'm good with either drive, but probably the one that is a little more relaxed is good for me.

Does this drive go by Bridal Veil Falls by chance ?

MattsS will likely be joining me too as soon as I can confirm with Martin. There are two other members driving down with MattsS (Martin) who are registered and they may want to join in. I'll try to get them to confirm as well.
