In the Cars for Sale subforum, you should see a blue button that says "Start New Topic" on the right side of both the top and bottom of the page. Click that and enter your information according to the aforementioned template.
To include photos in your ad, first of all, you're going to have to host your photos somewhere. You can purchase an S2KI membership and host them here or you can host them elsewhere (e.g. flickr, Photobucket, Imgur) and image link them into your post here.
Basically, once you have the image hosted somewhere, what you want to do is obtain the URL that ends with the photo's file extension which is usually ".jpg." Here's an example of what a proper image link looks like:
Posted images will generally resize automatically if they're too big.

To post photos, I use photobucket. I've found that flickr has better image quality.
I do not post photos from my phone, but straight from my computer. If you are using a phone to post pictures, someone else will be better off to help you. If I need to get a picture from my phone to my computer, I email it to myself, open up the email, and save it to the computer. Rather an annoying process, but I normally post pictures from my dslr camera.
Photobucket:
1) Upload an image
2) Click on image
3) To the right of the photo, there should be four different codes under the "Links to share this photo" Click on the the one that says IMG, and it will copy the code
4) Paste the code onto the page, and it should post the picture
