Cylinder wall gouge PLEASE HELP!!!!

I have more than a "scratch" its a pretty deep gouge than runs vertical down the cylinder wall. Do yall think this can be bored out for oversize pistons?

Max is .25
Caution : S2000 have FRM liners and special process needed
