Hardrace ball joints
Hello,
I have a set of rear upper ball joints, oem replacement, from Hardrace. the ball joints have a circlip groove but I didn't receive any circlips... Have contacted seller to see what they say... can anyone who has fitted these in the past advise if they should be fitted with circlips?
thanks
Tom

Hello again,
More advice needed if you can help…
So far I've fitted:
17 inch wheels
Lowered shocks *approx. 30mm tbc.In the last week I’ve got around to having the following fitted:
Refurbed rear upper and lower arms with powerflex bushes all round + polybush shock bushes
New upper balljoints (Hardrace)
New Hardrace toe armsAll new bolts/greased etc
I've had problems with getting the alignment sorted out.The garage was not able to get the front caster measurement equal from side to side or the rear camber equal side to side either.
Left Front camber -0.34/Caster 6.53/Toe 0
Right Front camber -0.34/Caster 6.04/Toe 0.02
Left Rear camber -2.24/Toe 0.21
Right Rear camber -2.04/Toe 0.19
So, I can understand if the measurements were basically equal side to side but not at the desired spec. All bolts (even front end adjustment bolts which were not replaced) were rotating fine and adjusting the values ok.
Any thoughts as to how I can go about sorting this, or where to start?
Thanks
Tom.
