Looks very good, pity the series doesn't make a bit further North than Croft.

I have the Toda strainers and socks, but I doubt I will use them. I will try them on the dyno to try and dispel some myths about filtration though. It's key not to disturb air coming around the rear of the trumpet though, and for that reason I'm using a large plenum and no filters on the ITBs themselves. The filter will be a lot further away.

The Js intake has a 100mm dia opening as opposed to Toda's 90mm.

Btw, I'm not expecting any more peak power from this little lot, it was really to sort out the issues I was having with the manifold cracking and throttle sticking. Bit of a sledgehammer to crack a nut but hey ho.
What don't you like about the electric pumps? Very reliable and used by a lot of race teams. I think pretty much every BEC ever has an electric water pump.

I'll be getting one for mine.

Hey MB, you're running an oil cooler right?

How is it holding up, are you having issues with leaks in the oil sandwich ?
Do you have any brand you would recommend ?

I need an oil cooler myself, but after reading about all the people having issues I'm hesitating.
Especially after seeing an S2K get a leak and seeing the leaking oil catching fire right in front of me.

I'm glad, it's a long way from down south

Hi mate, yes mine has been perfect, no leaks at all in many years. I'm pretty sure it's a Mocal. Stick with one of the decent brands like them and you will be fine.

There are electric pumps, and there are electric pumps that work reliably.
The latter are mucho dollaro. $$

To put this another way, I've put a few DC pumps in the bin (literally!) over the years when fixing other people's cooling issues....
