Hey there, sorry I managed to change them easily...
I did use a press, but they came out very easy lol.
It didnt sort my squealing problem, think its down to the intake Im using, sounds like the belt is slipping but only at a certain throttle position.

Squealing - clean the throttle body and butterfly and iacv. Prm was particularly good at making that noise though - its part throttle about 2500 to 3000 rpm just as you go for a little more gas.

Tensioner bearing and idler pulley bearing are the same.

I have cleaned the TB and butterfly, but not the IACV. Shall have a look at that.
