Default Homecoming 3

Homecoming 3

My son Brian and I just came back from our trip to the 2015 Homecoming 3 Meet in Torrance, CA. We departed on Sept. 9. 2015 and followed Hwy. 101 and 1 along the Oregon and California Coast. In Torrance we meet with the owners of 200 + Honda S2000 and about 10 NSX. It turned out that we were the only Canadian team and received a large banner for it. We also had a chance to visit the 'Secret Honda Museum'. We stopped at Williams on Route 66. On the trip home we visited the Hoover Dam site, Grand Canyon, Sequoia and Yosemite National Parks, Emerald Bay at Lake Tahoe and Crater Lake in Oregon. In all it was a terrific drive on mostly secondary Highways and a total of 7151 km.

I need to think about attending this event next year, something I was not aware of. Driving down the coast of Oregon and California is an awesome experience and doing it in an open-top car is something I'd love to try. Stopping for a visit to the Monterey Bay Aquarium is always a must.

Thanks for sharing!

nice pics, thanks for sharing.

I went to Homecoming II and was the only Canadian car as well, but all we got was an Autoart S2000 model though lol

Very nice! I must go next time. How many days were you gone for? Let's see a pic of the banner.

HC is not an annual event, Chuck. Who knows when the next one will be? S2kca has annual gatherings all over though. I think Moe, from Mission, has attended a few of those events.
