It has been reiterated once more by the S2Ki Admin staff that we need to start monitoring the For Sale threads in each forum. To that end, Ray has put up a refresher about the rules of posting..., that is located here:

To keep it very simple and since we are so close to the Vancouver members, we are going to use the Vancouver Forum to post For Sale Items. Only the Vancouver forum can be used, any items placed in the Vancouver Island forum will be removed. No exceptions.
Vancouver For Sale Thread
Any For Sale threads that are currently in the Vancouver Island forum will be locked. Sorry for the inconvenience but this rule has been in effect for quite some time and we have been reminded to adhere to it.
