5 Nostalgic S2k Commercials
The Honda S2000 was a success right from the get-go, but its commercials were quite interesting. Here is how the legendary S2K was being promoted in its production days.
1. Do You Have a Honda?
Japan can produce performance cars, they can drift, and they can put cars under a rather interesting light. This commercial starts with a Honda S2K just sitting in the rain, like a romantic scene from a creepy movie. However, things take a turn quickly. The rain stops, the music starts, and the Honda S2000 drives down the road like it's been trapped for years. The best part about this commercial, however, is the overly excited voice that says, "do you have a Honda?"

2. The Heart of the S2K
It's like you ate something you weren't supposed to eat and went on one of the most beautiful mental journeys ever. This commercial sums up all of the characteristics that Honda enthusiasts love about their S2K. The music is fast, the beat is pumping, and the S2000 is stunning. This short commercial is guaranteed to show all of your favorite parts of the legendary Japanese sports car. The heartbeat starts with the push button start, and it ends out of the exhaust.

3. Race Inspired for the Street
This commercial will make you think of yourself every time you get in your Honda. Once you grab the keys to your S2K, you always feel like you are about to rev your engine with another import on the other side of the track. And once you press the red start button, the exhaust roars for you, the RPM rises, and everything gets exciting. As soon as you turn outside of your garage, you probably make a complete STOP because of the stop sign, and you drive your S2000 like everyone drives their regular cars - until track day.

4. Too Sexy for the Driver
This is your classic sexy girl with high heels getting out of her Honda S2000. Of course, all of the men are falling head over heels for her, and the race to who can get her starts. Except for the girl also gets tricked like the audience, as the guys are running to appreciate the sexy curves of the S2K, not her. She might be disappointed now, but she will be happy later when she's back behind the wheel of her S2000.

5. Pushing the Right Button
You can do magic with the right buttons, whether it is an on/off button, it's a women's right to vote button on your shirt, or the start button on your Honda S2000. This commercial goes through some buttons that they consider important, from when buttons were worn, to an old phone button, and they end with the most fun button of all, the red button in the Honda S2000.
