Ravishing Rio Yellow '08 S2000 up for Grabs in S2Ki Marketplace

Rare and Ravishing

Among the S2000's color choices back in the 2008 model year, few people opted for Rio Yellow. Only 122 of them were finished in that hue, in fact, making it a fairly rare find these days. So when we came across this fine example in the S2Ki Marketplace, we knew that we had found something special. It also just so happens that this particular Rio Yellow '08 might be the nicest one around.

Future Collectible

This particular AP2 has just 24,900 miles on the clock, which is always a plus. But it's also a one-owner car that's completely original and unmodified. So if you're looking for a great car to hold onto with an eye toward future collectibility, it seems like a great choice.

Alternative Plan

But it's also a great start if you simply want something you can build upon without having to worry about shoddy work or hidden damage. We wouldn't go too hog wild on it, of course, but a few bolt-ons, easily reversible mods would be a nice touch for a car like this one. Then, if you ever need to, just return it to stock and move on.

Well Kept

It seems quite clear that the seller either preserved this car as a collectible or simply drove it sparingly and took amazing care of it. Either way, this AP2 is in fantastic condition and comes with its original window sticker, loads of documentation, full maintenance records, and all the keys and fobs. It's truly a nice reminder of what these cars were like when they first rolled off the assembly line.

Fully Maintained

So it should come as no surprise that all the maintenance on this S2000 is complete and up to date. Pretty much all the fluids were just replaced last summer, and the car even wears a new set of Bridgestone Potenza S-04 tires. In addition, a valve adjustment was also completed by Honda recently.

Few Flaws

There are virtually no flaws on this stunning machine, but the seller does point out that it suffered some minor scrapes on the front lip that he hit with some touch-up paint. Otherwise, there's a tiny spot of curb rash on one wheel. And those are the only flaws worth mentioning, apparently.
