Supercharged AP2 Provides Nice Power in a Clean Package

There's something to be said for a one-owner vehicle, especially one that's over a decade old. And this 2008 S2000 that's up for grabs in the S2Ki Marketplace is certainly an example of why that matters. Super clean and obviously well maintained, it's clear the seller cherished and took care of his ride since the day he brought it home.

Mostly Flawless

The exterior of this AP2 is basically flawless, and the seller notes that he's never driven the car in the winter or raced it in any capacity. However, the rear deck and front bumper were replaced at one point following an accident, so that's worth noting.

Lots of Life

With just over 36k miles on the clock, there's obviously plenty of life left in this clean machine. But it isn't exactly stock, as there are a few notable mods present worth pointing out. One of them is a full JL Audio sound system that the seller reportedly dropped $6,000 on.

Big Boost

The biggest mod lies under the hood, however, and it's a good one - a Kraftwerks supercharger that helped the car lay down 369 wheel horsepower on the dyno. It's a nice boost (pun intended) to an already great car, in our opinion anyway.

Heads Up

Additionally, the seller has also added an audible redline in the headrest, as well as a built-in Escort 9500ci Passport radar detector with laser shifters to help avoid those pesky tickets.

Drivetrain Upgrades

The rest of the drivetrain has received a couple of updates to help the car handle its extra power, too. That includes an ACT clutch in the transmission, as well as a PuddyMode stage II rear end.

Second Chance

The seller apparently had a buyer lined up for the car, but that deal unfortunately fell through.
