Supercharged, Widebody S2000 Is Truly One of a Kind
A tasteful build in a world full of "look at me" creations.
Tasteful Build
The Honda S2000 is easily one of the more commonly modified vehicles on the planet, despite the fact that it's pretty darn amazing in stock form. But while some modified S2000s turn out a bit, shall we say, audacious, others are true works of art that we can't help but appreciate. That's precisely the case with this masterfully modified AP2 that recently crossed the block at Cars & Bids, too.

Body Mods
On the outside, this S2000 certainly looks amazing thanks to the Nardo Gray paint covering its modified flanks, which have been treated to Group A Motoring Voltex-style front and rear bumpers, wide-body fenders, rear quarter panel flares, a carbon fiber front splitter, and a Voltex carbon fiber rear spoiler.

Other Exterior Mods
Rolling on a set of 17-inch VOLK Racing CE28 wheels, this AP2 also features LED headlights, a black-painted Mugen hardtop, replica taillights, and a soft top mechanism delete, as the car's seller clearly dedicated themselves to the hardtop life.

Interior Upgrades
Inside the cabin, this particular S2000 has also received its fair share of upgrades that include GaugeART CAN gauges, an aftermarket shift knob, and an Alpine head unit, all of which replace the stock bits and pieces.

Mismatched Seating
Adding to that list are a red Recaro Pole Position driver's seat, a mismatched passenger-side seat from an AP1-gen S2000, and a roll bar. That latter part isn't just for looks, either - this car has some serious modifications under its hood, too.

Power Upgrades
There, this car has been treated to a ScienceofSpeed Stage 1 Supercharger System, an Infinity ECU tune, a KOYORAD radiator, an aftermarket heat exchanger, and an EVS Tuning single exhaust system. Underneath, KW V3 coilovers and Spoon suspension bushings help put an estimated 350 to 385 horsepower to the ground, too.

Heck of a Bargain
Truly, this car's only downside is that it was sold with a rebuilt/salvage-branded title due to the fact that it was previously damaged in an accident when it hit a traffic sign. But for a selling price of just $22k, it still seems like a heck of a bargain given the quality of parts used here.
