Bad to the Bone

The SEMA (Specialty Equipment Market Association) show in Las Vegas, Nevada showcases all kinds of vehicles with the crazier always leading to the better.  This year, Jesus Reyes showed off a stripped-down, naked S2000 that was completely worth being on the floor of the famous trade show.  Reyes’ car is the creation of RB’s Adrenaline Factory of good ol' Kansas City, MO.  The vehicle is a topless tuner showcasing the Japanese street racing style that so many have grown to love.

Going Topless

RB’s Adrenaline Factory didn’t hold back when it came to showing off the S2000’s stuff for all to see.  The Honda’s hood has been taken away, along with the front fenders being virtually removed from the car.  The red chrome engine dispels any doubt that this car is ready to sprint the quarter-mile.

Junk in the Trunk

The S2000 isn’t just about modifications on the front end as the rear of the vehicle features aggressive widened wheel arches.  The car also features a custom suspension by Air Lift Performance to make ingress and egress of driveways a whole lot easier.

Big Headlights

RB's Adrenaline Factory also crafted a specially designed front bumper made to house a pair of Acura slim LED headlights.  With the hood removed, the headlights can be seen from better angles, making them appear larger and to slightly wrap on the edges of the bumper. We/re not sure if these new headlights would be able to fit if the car were put back together but it looks pretty close to OEM.

Full Blown

Usually, it’s what’s under the hood that counts and in this case, the stripped-down roadster shows off all its goods for all to see.  The car’s turbocharged motor featured a custom-manufactured manifold by Full Blown Motorsports of Eagan, MN. The boosted engine has a horsepower rating of 400hp, which is pretty damn fast especially when the lowered curb weight is factored in.
