Wild Custom Jeep Hot Rod Has Honda F20C Power Underhood

We've seen our fair share of F20C swaps in recent years, covering the entire spectrum of the automotive world. But this insane, stainless-steel, custom Jeep that's up for sale in the Philippines on Facebook Marketplace has to be the most unique of the bunch. Somebody went to a lot of trouble to build this thing virtually from scratch, and the results are undoubtedly interesting.

Head Turner

The custom-bodied Jeep certainly looks just as strange as it is shiny, and it rides on a totally custom frame. The overall look might be a bit wonky, but one thing's for sure - you can't help but turn your head when this thing drives by, and we bet it would draw more attention at your local cars and coffee than just about anything else.

Cherry on Top

The proverbial cherry on top of this crazy build is, of course, its drivetrain. The F20C has been treated to a host of aftermarket parts, including Mugen headers, a standalone ECU, Borla exhaust, and lots of replacement parts including new cam and crank sensors, spark plugs, and fuel pump, to name a few.

One of a Kind

The S2000 mill is backed up by a six-speed manual gearbox fitted with an Exedy clutch, which sends power back to a limited-slip differential also ripped from a Honda roadster. And aside from all of these Honda parts, there's a lot more JDM going on elsewhere that makes this Jeep truly one of a kind.

Parts List

That parts list includes Tein coilovers, JDM 15-inch wheels, four-wheel disc brakes, a custom fuel cell, hydraulic hand brake (for some sideways fun), a Momo steering wheel, and a Momo shift knob. Inside, there's just a driver's seat, however, so you can't bring friends along for a ride as the Jeep currently sits.

Dare to be Different

Altogether, this S2000-powered Jeep is certainly strange, but also wholly unique. We've quite simply never seen anything like this, which is a testament to the owner's vision and skills. And while we may not be sure exactly how well it drives, we give him credit for daring to do something that no one has ever done before.
