Default Track build S2000 - A lap in the Nurburgring

Hello racers!

This year i managed to visit the Nurburgring with my S2K.

Car, track, weather... everything was just amazing.

Here is a lap which i hope you will enjoy as much as i do while watching it.

You seem to know the track well

What mods do you have on your S?

certainly looks like you know what you are doing and have good control but i question why don't use both hands on the wheel?

also those harnesses on stock seats look like they are about to slide right off your friends shoulders lol

Wow nice driving. I too was there in April and drove on the track first time, but not nearly as comfortable as you were. How many times have you looped the track? What mods?

Damn! That sucks you got held up at the Karussell. I wanted to see how hard you would power out of it. Great video!

Both right about the harnesses on the passenger seat and the one hand driving.

Won't argue with any of that!

This was my 2nd lap with the S2000 and my 9th lap overall in the Ring. (Was there in 2006 with another car).

I do have video from some other laps in which i am alone, driving with both hands and also wearing my helmet

They have quite faster passes through some turns (i think Karusell as well) but overall they are slower because of huge traffic at some points.

Will post them here as soon as i have them uploaded.

Now regarding the car.

Its lightened, around 1.100kg,4.77 diff, full 1st stage engine mods + cams. Lots of work done on the handling side of the car.
