haven't update my build thread in awhile because nothing worthy of showing yet! but i do have a neat diy of downforce side diffuser mounted using aluminum rivnut/nut insert.

also want to give a big thanks to my buddy mike and evasive!

Instead of going with self tapping screw, i opted to use m6 aluminum rivnuts and stainless steel m6 lock bolts

Marked and center punch a hole, drill 3/8in hole could not find a 10mm drill bit.

Found this neat Rivnut tool on ebay

Easy to setup, all you need to do is tighten the long bolt to pull the rivnut down, air ratchet makes the job a lot easier!

We did rivnuts on my friends overfenders, and it doesnt look good. It does not sit flush with the body

Great idea! I plan on adding some Downforce side diffusers soon. Where did you get the Rivnut kit?
