early 2014: Hondata Flashpro w/basic tune from Jei at Blacktrax

(all prior mods undocumented)

Hey all,

Gf's cousins are in town, so taking advantage of the rare downtime to install some mods I have laying around.

i didn't document any of my early mods, but i need to add my Hondata Flashpro to the list. it's an old subject, but most everyone knows there isn't much more N/A power to be had from the f20/f22c. however, the Flashpro is pretty much the best power mod that you can do for the 06-09 ap2. combined with a HFC or test pipe, it does wonders. even if you don't have any other mods, it really improves the power delivery, esp in the midrange. it's best to get dynotuned or at least a road or e-tune, but even w/my semi-generic tune, the difference was significant. thanks again to Jei @ Blacktrax for the tune!

here's a crappy cell pic when i got the Flashpro and uploaded the tune from Jei at Blacktrax

here's my custom OEM steering wheel with perforated leather sides, suede/alcantara top & bottom, and yellow stripe and stitching. came out pretty nice. it's darker and more black than it appears in the pic. the shop didn't wrap it as thick as I hoped, but the alcantara is butter soft and smooth. I think it's going to get worn pretty fast. I'll prob do perforated & smooth leather combo next time w/a few more trick mods.

And because I never can leave anything alone, I had the wonderful idea of dyeing ALL the stitching on my new, custom seat covers to match my steering wheel. this is taking FOREVER, but I didn't want to wait another 3 months to have another set made. lol

thank you. just like the steering wheel, i wanted to stay oem, so i got these. just wish i had the forethought to order yellow stitching in the beginning, but i actually wanted a steering wheel with white accents at first. i changed my order to yellow accents because i thought the white would get too dirty and was a little boring.

anyways, i was going to try to dye the other seat covers and install them tonight, but i got called to play chauffeur for my gf & her cousins. dang, so close! lol

The ingalls one is better than the Js. I'm not entirely happy with the Js one. Had the ingalls one and it feels more functional than the one I use now.
