There really isn't much to do, was sent there for training for work, luckily I live in MA so I just drive back home, some guys that come from afar that stay in hotels just drink there face off at the hotel bar or any local bar

Thompson Raceway can't be that far from Windsor Locks, maybe 30 minutes tops up in the northeast corner. Vintage racing Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoon.
I'll be "racing" (it's a relative term) the MGA #645 in one of the VSCCA run groups. You should be able to walk through the paddock area; and there will be some very cool vintage cars running. VSCCA run groups will include pre-war through about 1963 cars. VRG which is also participating will probably have cars to about 1972.
Saturday, probably, will be the best day. Stop by if you happen to go.
