Do you think this custom steering wheel would look good in a CR or red/black s2000?

Default Do you think this custom steering wheel would look good in a CR or red/black s2000?

We know many s2000's come from the factory with the red/black interior. Of course the CR's have yellow highlights so we can change the color of the wheel as needed but do you guys like this fresh new wheel design?

It's a combination of a flat bottom (VGS style) combined with rich textured leather on top/bottom and perforated leather sides. The red accents would look great on most cars....

Comments good or bad please...if bad, what would you change on it? We'd love to hear!

thanks!

Too many different textures and colors. Replace the red leather wrapped bottom with carbon and I think it would look way better.

It looks crooked and bumpy. To much going on.

It does look crooked. Maybe just the angle of the picture.

thanks for all the comments - we agree the red lower leather is a bit bold

We will make another stab at this by removing the red leather and doing black perforated leather or maybe just do it in carbon to match the top.

The shape is on the aggressive side but it's very even and fits larger palms pretty good. It has a really meaty feel - initially our inspiration was the LF-A car with a touch more on the lines.

Carbon or black perf bottom... change your picture angle so it doesn't look tweeked, and bang goes the dynamite. Nice part.
