DFW-TX: AP2 Engine + Transmission For Sale 42K Miles
Name: Brian Bleasdell
Price: $3500 (cash, paypal, certified cashiers check, personal check but must clear before taking possession)
Location: Flower Mound, TX (Just north of DFW airport)
Contact: bbleasdell@gmail.com
Unfortunately my s2k didn't survive a rainstorm/spinout on the freeway. My 2004 AP2 (Silverstone/Black) will be parted out soon. It had 42K miles when wrecked. I bought it in June of 2014 from a 65 yr old who drove it weekends only (but almost every weekend according to the carfax, ~300 miles a month), hence the low miles. The car was in mint condition prior to the accident. Will list separate thread for the rest of the items, but had to borrow an engine hoist so need to sell the engine first. Will consider selling engine and transmission separately. Engine is obviously low miles and in top condition. Have engine harness, ECU and anything else you might want with it for an additional cost. Engine buyer gets first dibs on any other parts I have (most of the car). I plan to disassemble the rest of the car this weekend so will post additional parts next week. Please do not contact me about other parts until I list them. I know some of you will be anxious but I don't intend to respond to requests for other parts until I list them.

Don't need the engine- mine has similar mileage- but I will keep an eye on some of the other parts. I broke a few random pieces replacing my speakers this weekend and could really use to snag some of them from you, if you have them.
Good luck!

Engine is pulled so I have no good way to get compression readings(car was wrecked), but engine is intact and I can prove the miles (carfax). This was a car I drove for 6 months before wrecking it (unfortunatley). I bought it with 38,000 miles nine months ago in perfect condition and just didn't know how tail happy it could be. My mistake, but it's a true 42K mile engine that ran perfectly. It was a weekend car for a 65 yr old and a steal for me. I'd prefer a local sale but would consider shipping for the right buyer who was willing to deal/pay for some shipping inconvenience. I'll work with you but shipping can get pricey depending on where you are.
