Default super charged/turbo s2k ride

Hey everyone,

I am looking into buying a SC or turbo for my s2k. I wanted to know if anyone would be willing to give me a ride in their super charged/turbo s2k to help me decide if I want to go super charged over turbo. I'd be willing to drive to meet you and pay for any gas used by you. I'm in Tucson.

Thanks

One way I like to think of it is if I'm going to daily the car. I currently daily my car and I would rather go supercharged specifically the SOS kit if your looking for around 450whp. Reason for that is because living in Arizona we have to deal with all this extra heat and we all know turbochargers are HOT! Anyways, Goodluck with your build!!

Thanks for the recommendation. I really only want enough power/torque to get that "push you into your seat" feeling. If that comes at 300 cool, if 350 is the number then so be it. I do plan on using it as my daily driver.

400 is the magic number. Get a supercharger like the man says.

Boofster,

I've checked out the power charts in the FI section of the forum and see what some people are running to get to each power level.

Isn't it true you can get that same feeling from both increasing the torque, more specifically the sharpness of the curve and the gearing? Either way, I would like to ride in one before I spend the money and not get what I'm looking for.

How long will you be in Wilcox? Does it cost money to get in?

I literally just got my kraftwerks powered s2000 in if you want to give a run in it. The exhaust will make you want to kill yourself though.
