Default Titanium Shift knob

Anyone know where I might be able to get one of these? Extensive Googling has only turned up US websites who don't ship to the UK.

Amazon US

Ideally i'd get the OEM version, if not anyone know a decent alternative?

Thanks for the reply noodels. I've snapped up the one on eBay, got him to knock a few quid off as well.

IIRC the only OEM titanium knob was the 5 speed variant fitted to the Integra DC2, the OEM S2000 knob is stainless steel (with leather wrap) I bought a Civic EP3 knob from ebay which is aluminium and noticeably lighter as a result, you'll find it matches the radio cover and slide compartment perfectly in colour (unless its a 2006 with the darker finish) cant post a photo but trust me it looks perfect! same knob is fitted to the later Integra DC5.
