I can only say what I was told, this is the email I was sent:
I got my money back and by that point I'd come into some extra cash so went with the RAYS option.
Hey Chris, my guy just got back to me with a glitch in the matrix, the requested spec on the the PF01SS was put in as 18...I take it you meant 17 x 9 et 60...its also transpired the PF01SS doesn't come in sparkle silver and the PF01 doesn't come in Platinum Machined Silver.
They are only listing the pair as being available in matte black, unless you want them being different silvers.
I hate Japan!! Let me know what you want to do and I'll get my guy to jump on it.

Well if they are different I'll be damned if I can tell the difference by eye. They look the same to me.

I am getting silver boggo standard silver .
Tyres most likely Federal RSR 225 and 255
LSD offered me matt black from stock , got to wait until mid July when mine will be shipped str8 from Enkei as they have a batch ordered . LSD sent me copies of e mails from Enkei showing shipping info and manifest .
Not paying until ready for dispatch which is good as I will not on principal pay upfront.
